Kennedy Custom Homes Constructions was founded by Kennedy MacArthur to provide high quality construction services. Kennedy grew up working with his two older brothers in various fields of construction. He learned a wide range of skills in his early years. He was eager to learn and his brothers were happy to teach. When the family business became a small motel project in Edmonton, Kennedy jumped at the chance to move to the keys. The motel was old and needed a lot of work. Remodeling and operating the motel was a full time job, but it was not enough for him. Looking for a change of scenery, he started Landscape Services which continues to operate today. Between running the motel and operating the landscaping company Kennedy started his career in construction. At twenty years old he designed his first home and started to remodel right away. He found the process of taking an older home and making it beautiful again fun and profitable. Things really took off after the motel was sold. With new capital available and more free time, Kennedy started building and remodeling homes for himself. With his real estate agent “Ashley” on board, building beautiful homes became a way of life. When one of his landscaping clients asked if he could help him with a construction project, Kennedy decided to get his contractors license and start Kennedy Custom Homes Constructions.
